Affordable house plan cost guide

CK Design is committed to giving you a great set of documentation that breezes through permit processing, but that is affordable.  To the right you can see indicative square foot costings for various scenarios.  These are close, but do not represent a quote specific for your project.  They are there for you to get a reasonable indication.  During our first meeting we can get a firmer idea of what you are wanting to do, and then confirm costs in writing as part of our quotation/contract.

Internal remodels do not feature in the matrix as these are difficult to price as a square foot rate. 

We have no minimum fee and many smaller remodel projects can be as cheap as a few hundred dollars.  Remember that the figures here are guidelines only, and we would rather sit down with you and discuss your project so we can give you a tailor-made solution just for you.
